As one of Rental Asset Management’s Managing Partners, Matthew Jordan leads the asset management team by managing the investor reporting and banking relationships. Mr. Jordan’s previous 10 years were spent as a Private Banker at Merrill Lynch where he was able to develop his expertise in estate planning, lending, and investment strategy.
Axel Jordan is a trained Architect and earned his degree from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. In the early 1990’s, Mr. Jordan partnered up and founded a cut-flower production facility near Bogota which he managed until 2006. He then moved to California to manage Monterey Bay Bouquet, in Watsonville, California until 2011. After that, Mr. Jordan moved to Florida in 2012 into a management position at Bouquet Collection until December 2019. During that time in Florida, Mr. Jordan began acquiring properties with partners and began flipping houses and apartment in Miami-Dade & Broward Counties. This new venture expanded Mr. Jordan’s journey into investing in commercial properties and rental communities which has him now serving as an investor and partner of Rental Asset Management, where he oversees and helps qualify the investment portfolio alongside the other partners.
As the Chief Financial Officer for Rental Asset Management, Isabel Castano brings over 20 years of experience in Finance Management, Administration, and Operations within the real estate, financial, and stock market sectors. Prior to joining RAM, Isabel was responsible for overseeing all operating, administrative, and financial processes for over a decade at Adcap Colombia, a Latin American investment bank with a strong presence in the United States and throughout Latin America.
As an Area Manager, she brings over 14 years of expertise in property management, driving growth and success in both multi-family and single-family properties. She specializes in optimizing operations, enhancing resident satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance. With a strong background in asset management, leasing strategies, and market trends, she ensures operational efficiency while fostering thriving communities. Her leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence make her a key asset in achieving long-term property success.
As a property manager with 10 years of experience in Property Management I have demonstrated expertise in various areas, including tenant relations, property maintenance, financial management and legal compliance. I can handle complex issues, manage several properties, administer lease agreements for over 300 tenants, oversee day-to-day building operations and contribute to property value enhancement.
Joined RAM in 2014 and have since worked as the Portfolio Manager for the Hialeah Cluster. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, I bring a strong track record in both the lease-up of new communities and the successful stabilization of properties. I remain committed to operational excellence and consistently exceeding performance expectations.

She works closely with leadership and site teams to implement scalable processes that drive consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
With over ten years of experience in Human Resources, Daniela has built a career focused on structuring HR functions to support performance, strengthen culture, and align people strategy with business objectives. Her work ensures that RAM continues to grow with strong, people-driven foundations.
With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and facilities management industry, Joseph Wolanski joins our team as Regional Maintenance Director, bringing a strong track record in technical leadership, operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams. He has worked with companies such as NHP, AIMCO, Equity Residential, Penn Lake Realty, and Beacon Communities, managing budgets for portfolios of up to 5,600 units and leading renovation projects totaling over $275 million. His strategic approach and commitment to safety standards make him a key pillar of our regional operations.
